November workshop: Liberation of transgenerational memories

Have you ever felt fears or blockages without being able to explain them?

  Did you know that some of our current blockages and wounds were in fact passed down to us by our ancestors?!

  It has been proven by various studies that memories are transmitted to us in part of the DNA, this is also called epigenetic heredity.

A blockage, something left unsaid, an injury, a trauma... not resolved by our ancestors could then have repercussions on the entire family line. Everyone carries within them the history of their ancestors.

I therefore suggest that you discover a little more through this working session to release memories, together.

In the program :

- Presentation of the theme: we will talk about transgenerational trauma, repetitive patterns, epigenetics, the different existing therapies...

- Sound bath

- Guided meditation

- Energy healing

- Speaking time, exchange of feelings, card draw

- Workshop led by Ludivine, energy therapist and sound therapist
