February Meditative Journey: “Developing Self-Love”

  Come, let's love each other?

This month, it's love that is in the spotlight Valentine's Day is approaching and reminds us that love is the source of everything We have been taught far too much that to love yourself is to vanity, selfishness, and that was the opposite of humility. That it was "to fart" 

Nonsense!!!!!!   What a serious error!!!! 

Loving each other, respecting each other, honoring each other, that has nothing to do

Learn to tell yourself how exceptional you are, that you are handsome, intelligent, creative, funny, kind and that you deserve love.

To love yourself unconditionally is to be tender with yourself, tolerant, understanding, patient, and to look at yourself with compassion and benevolence. It's being his/her own best friend. It's realizing how brave, strong and resilient you are.

To love oneself is to respect oneself, to forgive oneself.

And giving yourself this love is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and to others because when you radiate love, others also benefit.

We are all united.

So let's start by taking care of ourselves, and making it a priority

. I therefore suggest that you discover a little more through this work session based on self-love.
